Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and our employees. Like you, we are closely monitoring the developments around COVID-19 (Coronavirus.) First of all I want to assure you that no one at Odessa Trading Company has tested positive for the COVID-19. We feel it is our responsibility to take precautionary measures.
Our stores are open, and our employees are ready to assist you with all of your agricultural needs. We will be making the following changes effective immediately.
Starting tomorrow March 17th we ask that you call in your parts orders and call our service departments for service and questions before you try to come in. We will do our best to fill your orders and leave them outside our facilities.
No customers will be allowed in our shops. If you have equipment in our shops that you need please give us a call. We will still be open for service calls, but ask that our employees and customers practice social distancing to help minimize the risk.
Our main office in Odessa will be doing business by phone and emails. If you have any questions you can call us directly. The last thing we want is to have to close our business. We feel these measures will help us stay open so we can continue to provide you the service you need heading into a busy time in our industry.
